The wind was too strong to stand up, so I had to position my car and shoot through the open window. The phitos do not do the scene justice. Quite an amazing afternoon, that day.

I thought that was Mars with Venus being closer to the moon but less bright. Interesting position. From our side of the world, if you took the moon as a clockface, Venus or Mars, which ever it happened to be, was positioned at about the 10 -11 o'clock position, so top left corner, if you had the same amount of black image added to the top section of your cropped photo. A great moon shot, by the way. What lens did you use?
