I watched it about a week ago and enjoyed it. Tom Hanks is a favorite anyway.

Saw it a couple of weeks ago. I loved it. Tom Hanks can handle any part they throw at him.

I have not seen this one yet.
I watched the original (this is a remake) titled 'A Man Called Ove'.
It is an excellent Swedish film from 2015...which is exactly why Hollywood pounced on it.

I watched it when it first came out, Samantha, great movie, but a sad but happy ending for the people that he helped.

I just watched it last night. Love it! After the first 5 minutes you know exactly what's going to happen and how it will end but Tom Hanks and the cast still pull it off, perfectly. Even the cat deserves an Oscar nomination. Besides, as a crochety, old, Type A myself, I agree with everything Otto did!

The origin one that this Tom Hanks version was a remake of, was also excellent. If you have not seen it, the original film, then you must watch it on Netflix.

Indeed it is a very watchable movie. But then again, Tom Hanks doesn't have to accept even mediocre scripts.
