The Bynum Bridge location, a bridge over the Haw river about 30 miles west of Raleigh, is an interesting place. It attracts migrating birds from mid-April through mid-May. To the best of my knowledge, some of these birds are not to be found in this part of NC at other times of the year. Or maybe, not to be found away from bodies of running water. Certainly not in my backyard!
I started visiting this location early in the morning (sunrise time is preferable) only last week, but should have started about a month ago.
Comments and critiques welcome.

It was my first sighting of this bird.
My Indigo Buntings left about five days ago. I miss them. Nice image, Ronnie.

Thank you, Ken. If you had them in your backyard, you are/were lucky!
The variety of birds, and other creatures, and plants, on this planet is amazing.
Nice pic
Very nice capture. That's a "keeper."
Nice shot, lucky you. My neighbor has been seeing an Indigo Bunting the last few days in his yard, I havent seen it yet myself, but hoping I do.
