Grandma Isabel's Iris

Ysarex Loc: St. Louis

1993 we bought the house we live in. The house next door was owned by Grandma Isabel (I called her grandma). Grandma Isabel had irises planted down most of the length of fence between our two yards. Over the years her irises migrated through the fence to our yard and my wife and I were happy for the encroachment. Grandma Isabel left us last year 2022 -- she made it to 103. I can look forward to remembering her every Spring now when her irises bloom. Fuji X-T2 w/60mm Rodagon.
