Notwithstanding my, shall we say, "lack of satisfaction" with the latest bank sponsoring the B&H Payboo account, I have always found B&H's service, including delivery (as long as they don't use USPS) to be excellent, and their prices competitive.

I have had nothing but excellent excepreince with B &H except one recent. I wanted to upgrade my Sony a 7iii to a7 iv. I sent my old equipment and got a call from used dep saying that my camera was not working with broken shutter system. When I received it back it worked perfect. Of course the battery in the camera was out of juice. I did not know wether to laugh or cry. When I called the customer service to complain, the guy's made me cry. He said so what ?. Still crying, Shang R.

When I ordered my Minolta Flash Meter from B & H many years ago, the UPS delivery driver happened to show up while I was home and handed me the box. I noticed that the taping was disturbed slightly and asked her if she minded waiting while I inspect it. I opened the box and inside was the OEM box for the flash meter but no meter was inside. I am sure that the theft happened somewhere while in transit and no reflection on B & H. I can't remember if I kept the boxes, I think I refused to accept it. A call to B & H quickly got me a new replacement. I have been pleased with every purchase I have made with them which has been Nikon cameras, lenses and accessories. My usual go to place. Someday I hope to visit the store.
