Yesterday, my photo-buddy Bruce and I drove to Ocean City, NJ to photograph the rookery, even though it was too early to catch the hatchlings in the nest. Definitely, a photographic target rich environment. Afterwards, we went to the Edwin Forsythe NWF. Between the two, I brought home 1,058 photographs. Unfortunately, I made a rookie mistake. I checked all of my settings except the ISO, so the photos were uniformly two stops underexposed. Fortunately, shooting in RAW enabled me to recover.
Anyway, here are ten from the rookery. More to follow.
Excellent photographs. Well done.

Thank you very much. The underexposure actually helped, as it kept the whites from blowing out.
