Like others here I like the image in b&w but if you want to give it more drama it needs contrast, perhaps also some burning-in, especially the sky.
It is a matter of taste but like it is it looks pretty flat to me.

Thanks for your input Papi. I went back and adjusted some of the contrast, blacks level, and made some zone adjustments. I liked the result so I thank you again for your constructive critique!
