I do not understand what you mean. Am I just too lame?
Bruce.
I'd bet my walker, Bruce, and my mal-functioning bionic leg (and maybe even part of my AI brain), too, if I had any of those, that you're no lamer than the bass-ackward title and text I wrote to accompany this pic. And if you won that bet --which you surely would-- just think! If you had just
half the lameness of what I wrote, you'd be ALL set! Talk about a win-win situation for you... Hoo-eeeee! SCORE!!!
Here's the thing: I'd been at this place --a fifty or so yard stretch of burned down riverbank-- a few days earlier and I'd shot some stuff I liked while also seeing stuff I'd like to shoot when the light and the conditions were maybe a little more conducive, so that's what I did yesterday evening. The image I posted is, I reckon, is the best of that, though I still see other possibilities for perhaps another time. But about the title and the text.....
In effect, I returned to what I 'visually' considered the scene of a crime. Like any proper arsonist would do, y'know? Only I'm not an arsonist, and I didn't start that fire. I SWEAR! (Fact is, that the burn was conducted legally --prescribed burns are done for several reasons around here; to cut down on potential fuels and to eliminate invasive species (of trees/weeds/pesky tourists, and etc.) that are a plague upon us. Hence: not a crime in any legal sense, but a crime all the same to someone like me who prefers stuff to look natural. Kinda bass-ackward, I know, but that's what and how my (partially AI mis-firing) mind came up with what I wrote. Call it an insider's inside joke? Sort of like how, in the winter it gets cold and you're outside and your nose starts to run, and somebody looks at you and thinks it's funny but its snot.
DANG that evil autocorrect! I really meant to write
it's not. Autocorrectum culpa! Maxima culpa!!!
Oh. And it is (or at least it was yesterday when I posted the post) April 1st, too. You know.... April Fuels Day!
