Took a look outside at 10:00 pm and thought I saw a band of cloud across the western sky. Decided to take a photo and see if it was.
I think I captured the tail end of a STEVE Aurora? It faded rapidly and was gone in about five minutes. There was a hint of an Aurora to the north.

nice. I never even tried with film when I lived in Alaska in the 80s. My how equipment has changed for the better
