And they're still not banned. They are still available. They are just deemed not appropriate for classrooms. School boards all over the country make those kind of decisions all the time.

I don’t think a welfare program (although it may be a small step) that has been around since the 30’s is exactly the citizens owning and regulating the the means of production, distribution and exchange.
