But while on the subject of the Constitutional Amendments, how do you feel about Democrats actively doing their best to ban types of firearms and doing their best to put limits on the 2nd Amendment, magazine capacity, and carry permits not issued to law abiding citizens?

How about stifling free speech which would be against the 1st Amendment? You know, when Barack Obama used to comment about how Fox News should be taken off the air. When Conservative speakers were invited to speak at colleges and were shouted down by Left Wingers. Is this not a violation of the First Amendment? All of this is supported by the Left Wing Presidents. Biden has numerous times stated he wanted to get rid of firearms or at least have more of a control of them to ban those such as AR's and AK platforms. Apparently you support these gross violations of the Constitution.

Now that abortion is settled, we will see how the public hangs onto the right wing screaming about the 2nd amendment and border crossing while in fact they are plotting to take more money from the middle class to reward the wealthy. The dismal performance in the mid terms for the right is a precursor to that. Many of those anti-abortion folks, now satisfied, are going to discover what is going on and vote out many of these folks who just want to reward the wealthy.

So yes, most were in the capital walking around peacefully although illegally, but Carlson also showed the video's of the rioting and breaking in. Did the Senate committee show the parts of the video's of people walking around peacefully? Did the Senate commitee also LIE about Hawley running scared and taken out of context?

Accusing him of banning books is no different than the so called “Don’t Say Gay” bill that didn’t exist. Removing books (did you see the books in question because I did) from k-12 libraries is not banning books. They can still be viewed in any public library or purchased in any book store. When I was in school if I would have been caught with some of that material I would have been suspended. How about letting parents parent? Just more lefty bullshit. Every officer injured had to file a causality report for future workman’s comp claim (if appropriate/needed). Having been in more fights than I could possibly remember, I saw many officers involved in what we would call pig piles where officers got injured when they pile on trying to gain control of a bad guy. If not properly trained to employ a control hold invariably too many officers pile on and can be inadvertently injured by a fellow officer. Not saying that happened to many but surely some of that 140 in those conditions.
