It's going to melt off pretty fast. We're in for a stretch of more normal weather - sunny and warm.

Being in Winnipeg, we always could get snow shots in the Winter... but no hills/mountains. We did get some nice drifts. Fifty years back, I experimented with my Nikon F2, using high contrast copy film. You could get some amazing photos. You could do it with black and white, and even enhance the photos in the darkroom.
I've not tried this with digital cameras...
