Nothing fancy, just starting to get the names of the different jumpers I've been photographing. With over 5000 species to choose from not to mention different color morphs for males, females, and juveniles a lot of misinformation, The Male is black with white markings, the female is much more colorful with the different browns and colored face. Not like the bird kingdom where the male is usually more colorful.

I just came back to change the spelling and see you already have. Even under this name you will find a half dozen or so colored morphs and several different spellings. Think I'll just call them Jumpers for now on... Thanks

Stunning!
A lot of people are afraid of spiders, but when you get this close they are really beautiful. I must start looking at the UK spiders more closely and see if we have anything comparable to your jumpers.
Oh Man, Gorgeous spider regardless of gender!! Thanks for sharing!

Nice captures ! I haven't seen any jumpers here in North Georgia in several weeks...Did see a small crab spider, but didn't have my camera with me at the time (it was crawling across the outside of the windshield of my car)
Hi fstop :-)These are really good. Well done you must be really pleased, I would be.:-)
Nice captures, fstop. I love when the jumpers are framed by their surroundings, like in the first image.
