Image distortion in raw, but on JPEG

I purchased a Nikon d700 along with a Sigma Art 35mm 1.4 lens and shot a bunch of images. imported them in Capture One 23 for processing. The JPEGS look great, but the raw images show a significant amount of image distortion. Is there a setting I can adjust in camera, or in Capture One which will fix it?

Did the camera pick up a Nikon 35mm profile in the camera and apply to the JPEG? You probably have to look closer at the images inside and outside C1, possibly the lens profile database / list in the camera too.

Thanks for replying so quickly. CP 1 did not apply the lens profiles only on a couple of photos. Odd! The remainder look just fine.
