Nice set!
The first one kind of messes with my head because there isn't really anything to give it scale. Are you far away looking at a lake, or much closer looking at an overgrown puddle?
The last one made me thing of one of my trips to WA when I visited Chateau Ste Michelle. I have very much enjoyed all my trips to Washington state, especially the Wonderland trail hike around Mt. Rainier!

Three shots of various locations in central Washington State. The first two shots are of land carved by mega-floods following the last ice age. The final shot is a three shot panorama of a vineyard along a hillside bordering Lake Chelan, a prime recreational area during the summer. Your comments and thoughts are always appreciated.

Thanks John and thanks again to all who have commented. The first shot, taken from a high elevation rest stop, is of a lake that is perhaps a half mile across at its widest point. The little gray clumps in the foreground are full grown sage brush. If you zoom in and look closely you can see the small town of Coulee City far off in the distance at the top of the frame.

I did notice the town in the background, it was the lack of anything in the foreground that was messing with my head.
Now that you explain the vantage point it makes sense to me. I thought it was most likely a lake.
Interesting that the bigger lake froze, but the smaller one didn't.

You are correct. I misspelled Moses. Thanks for the correction and the compliment.
