To me, it looked like a police artist or AI rendition of a suspect described by a witness.

She blamed the poor photo on the cameraman using a long lens.

It's certainly true pictures can lie either way in the hands of a talented photographer.

The basic mistake with plastic surgery is...they think changing the outer self will change the inner self.

My point is photographs are not always a good representation of looks and I myself do better with dogs and cats than people.

I agree there a lot of ugly pictures of her on that night, so her bemoaning the photographer is not too meaningful.

No, that’s real. They were talking about it right after the award show. My first thought was that she might be sick and on some sort of medication? Puffy faces become common to folks with organ replacement and medication is used to prevent organ rejection.
