Leprechauns

The image presented here has a top image that is cut horizontally in half. The top portion is cut in a 1/3 : 2/3 ration from the left. The top left and top right portions are switched which produces the bottom image. It's a well-known fact that Leprechauns are crafty and mischievous. So the question is, which Leprechaun disappears and where did he go.

You'll notice that most of them are laughing. The next question is whether they are laughing with you or at you. That's easier to figure out than which one disappears.

Third from the right in the top disappears and is reappears as the seventh from the laft in the top portion.

15 Leprechauns on the top image;
14 on the lower image...

Third from the right has no bottom part. Fourth from the right has no top part. When the top is re-arranged there are no mis-matched Leprechauns. Thus the two odd parts are merged into others resulting in one less.

They all disapear from where they are at and reappear elsewhere. The trick is to figure out which one doesn't appear elsewhere. If no one guesses the answer, I provide it tomorrow.

His bottom half is still in the 3rd row. His top half is now in the 5th row middle.

Ok I understand now. It's the 5th row middle one on the top that doesn't reappear on the bottom

Here’s my thoughts -

The bottom drawing has to be the original, and it has only 14 little guys. Making the two cuts and switching places with the top pieces seems to create a 15th leprechaun on the top right, but he’s missing his knees. All other bodies substitute nicely in their new places. The guy with the missing knees was top center and now is top right.

So, the real question is, doe he still count as he’s not quite all there?

Ron

First pic is when I was trying to find where everyone’s top half went. Second is apparent “15th” guy with no knees.
