I don't want to watch the video but there is this line under his video
"APS-C sensors are better than Full Frame sensors. In this video, Booray breaks down why APS-C is the future and the future is now."
APS-C is the future? I see the trend is toward FF regardless of which is better. More FF cameras are being made today than when digital started out. At the start of digital virtually there were no FF cameras and today most manufacturers make more FF cameras than APS-C cameras. How can APS-C is the future????
The only advantage that I can see to an APS-C format camera is that for the same field of view, one is using a wider angle lens and obtaining a deeper depth of field. For example, Tamron makes an excellent 15-30mm lens for full frame and APS-C cameras. They also make a 10-24mm lens for APS-C cameras. Using the 10-24mm at 10mm on a APS-C camera will produce a deeper depth of field than the 15-30mm at 15mm on a full frame camera. That's good for architectural photography when in confined, indoor locations.

Thanks, but including the link will probably get it moved.
Some of his comments -
"There's been a war raging." No, there hasn't.
"Of course, FF is better than APS-C." "Engineers aren't trying to make FF cameras better."
"Toyota gives more attention to their Toyotas than to their Lexus models."
He says that car engines are smaller now, so downsizing is the natural course of events. Not true. We drive six-cylinder and four-cylinder cars because of gas mileage, not because people prefer a four to a V8.
He keeps pointing out how FF is slightly better in most categories, except price. APS-C is cheaper.
I don't like this guy at all! He's awful! He's an arrogant know-it-all.
Aside from all that, his video was great! 🤣

Yes Fredrick, one must separate the grain from the chaff to have anything worthwhile. Some folks here are better at supplying chaff than grain.
True dat. Doesn't it sometimes just chaff your a----crap sensor? ----
I tried to crop part of this out, but decided to leave it in it's full frame glory..........

Regardless of which is better APS-C is NOT the future and I am sure of that. Saying APS-C is the future is the same as saying DSLR is the future or film is the future.

Why is your head in the sand? Do you think you already know what he said?
Of late, more troll bait than valued content.

I have a FF R6 and APS-C R7. For bird photography I've pretty much evolved to using the APS-C R7 due to the added reach and more MP. For street and walking around, I still like the FF R6 better. Neither is "better" by nature, just by task.
To be noticed, titles of videos often have to make outrageous claims - nobody goes to a pharmacy and asks for ordinary strength Tylenol.
The video is certainly interesting, worth a watch, and makes valid points. And of course, as a thinking person I agree with some points, disagree with others.
Most interesting is the lively discussion, and the number of scabs that are revealed, the number of dinosaur hackles raised!
It would be a joy to hear just one person, just once, say, "that was interesting, I learned something new, even if I didn't agree with it all".
Minds are like parachutes, as they say, working best when opened. VERY clearly there are a number on UHH who will not make the second jump.
Next we should have a conversation about whether Ford pickups are better than a Chevy trucks. Not being a farmer, nor a having a need to pull over 6000 lbs, I have no need of either so won't participate.

There is a difference between knowledge and opinion.

Haha. My mind went off on a tangent with that one!
