I have had access to all my plugings (Topaz, Aurora HDR, Photomatix, Nix Collection) in photoshop CS5 for many years. Recently, I purchased a subscription to Adobes Lightroom Classic/Photoshop, which was long overdue, and am now learning how to use the current version of Photoshop and never before used Lightroom. I can see that I have access to all my plugins listed above when I right click on an image in Lightroom, but when transferring the same image to photoshop, I have no access to these plugins. A google search indicates that the problem may be that my plugins are not compatible with the new version of Photoshop, but seem correct when I have access to the same version of Lightroom. Any constructive feedback with reasons why this situation exist would be very much appreciated.
Maybe spend some time learning the overall superior LR toolset? You also have access to Adobe technical support as a subscriber. Open a technical support chat.

I will contact the technical support, but thought I'd read uglyhedgehog member responses first. While I'm looking forward to learning the LR toolset capabilities, I'm still married to my plugins, that at this point in time, much more comfortable to use. Thanks for your feedback though, much appreciated.

Hopefully, enabling the plug-ins from both software is easy enough. My point was everything you might do to the image before the plug-in likely can be done in LR. When the file returns to LR, you can then send that file to PS.
It should work for you. I have the latest Lr Classic and Photoshop versions. T0paz etc., are accessible from both LR and Photoshop. I have Windows 11 on a desktop PC

My guess is when you installed the new version of LR/PS, they do not actually look for your plugins.
Re-installing the plugins will most likely fix the problem, as the plugin will find LR/PS.

im sure i'll hear a lot about this, but I think photoshop CC keeps those in a different directory name, then the CS6. you may want to look into that... of course I could be wrong, but I think I had that problem before. And just moved the files to the correct directory..... but then again if they work in LR id think they wpuld work in PS....ok I give up,never mind.....
