The FAIR tax is 23% And the article doesn’t mention the prebate for the lower income .

As far as the rich. This probably results in them paying more not less taxes .

I got worse already from Biden! my savings have devalued over 20% and the price of almost everthing is up 15-20% from before he took office. That is much worse and as far as I know any value added tax is to replace the income tax.

There are no exemptions but there is a “ prebate “ for poorer depending on income and family size.

The Right-Wingers seem to be all on board with this sales tax scam. I remind you, it's designed to do one thing and that relieves millionaires from any income taxes at all and put the burden on the lower and middle class.
In any case, at the moment I'm not too concerned about it as it will be defeated in the Senate or vetoed by the President.
I would be that not one of you supporters has sat down and figured out what they're monthly bills will be after you ad 30% to everything you buy.
