The first picture is a classic. Beautiful composition and technically perfect. Love the way the background birds in the second one fade out. Judy did a fantastic job. Watch out she is giving you competition. Have a beautiful week. Just got done with work for today, had code board hearings. Now have to prepare cases for Wednesday and Thursday traffic court.

She did a great job on these group shots.
Wow, wow, wow - great shots by Judy - you really got some serious competition there, Chief! That first one is spectacular and I also very much like #3 with the sharp/bokeh composition!

Thanks, Johnny! Usually, Judy is shooting out one side of the truck and I'm shooting out the other. Sometimes we get pretty much the same, sometimes very different stuff. That day she wanted to get out of the truck and go back up the road a ways. I stayed in the truck with the Princess. She got them, I missed them
I should have gotten some too, so what that the Princess makes really good Gator Bait!
Oh well, I'll take a live Princess over a couple Pelicans any day!...I think!... Maybe...I think!
But I think Judy got enough good ones for both of us!

We have never seen so many pelicans in one pond before.
These are my wife, Judy's photos.
I hope you like!

Thanks, Hereford! I'll pass it a long to Judy!. Yeah she is getting really good on a camera. I'm still doing a little coaching but, for the most part, she is doing it on her own now! I set both cameras up for the conditions we will be shooting under when we first start the drive. I hand her a camera and remind her through out the drive to keep an eye on settings as conditions change. She is a lot faster on the uptake than I ever was when starting out.
