Yes easy change of colors and background... but what I see beyond the attractive face supported by a triangle. Catching my eye is the curvature of her left arm rounding into the shoulder then smoothly into the breast and then the curve of the leg/butt.

The colored pillows jump out at me, and not in a good way. I think keeping things in the brown tones that predominate the upper half of the photo would have provided better framing of the model.
Perhaps you can try recolouring them with software.
Just the opposite for me - for me, the colored pillows make her jump out.
Ok, well you asked. First of all, I really like the photo and model. Well lit, she looks comfortable. I would remove the oh-so-discussed acne on her cheek in that it is a blemish and not a permanent feature of her face (I've never had a model object to this philosophy). I'd simplify the background to bring more emphasis on your lovely model by cloning (or content aware filling) that brown thing in the upper camera left, and then use a duplicate layer to remove the lower "hot dog" thing. As JohnFrimm noted, I'd also tone down the color of the pillows, or at least remove the blue dot. That said, I think it unfortunate that the corner of the white pillow intrudes into her lovely breast--it is not a "concealing" feature because her other breast is exposed. This can't be convincingly fixed in PS for the present frame so would be something to consider in a re-shoot (as is you need a reason :-).
Nice work, you two.
While this is a very good photo, there are 2 flaws that I see in the photo. One is the yellow pillow and the other is the background. Moving the pillow out of the image would allow the model to slide to her left with the brown wall behind her.
Compliments on the model and pose.

Even though I like it as it is, but hey, I'm a guy, I look for any excuse to re shoot this lady.
