Cigarette rolling machine. My mother is 94, has one and still uses it.

I didn't have a clue.
The ones I remember were either small handheld tin things or bigger crank operated tin boxes, But most were tobacco stained fingers.

It's a cigarette machine from the 1970's. You put some tobacco in the other side and a paper tube (and a filter if you wanted one on the metal slide and it shoved the tobacco into the tube. You bought the tubes and filters from the machine's maker. Back them many of my friends and me rolled joints with it. LOL I never smoked tobacco.
