MPB not good customer service

I too am waiting for a $1000 refund from them. They keep jackin my pud. 2 weeks we have played this game I talked to them by phone they keep telling me they need more information like checking account number and routing number I have filled out the information and called them back they keep saying same thing over again. I to am losing patience

You'd think so, wouldn't you... If I remember correctly, the best I could find was a phone number in the UK. This went on for over six weeks.

Their insistence on my bank account routing number and checking account number is why I never sell to them. I do not want that information floating around in the memory banks of a foreign country, especially a deadbeat country such as England that has never repaid the US for the billions we loaned them in WW I. We bailed them out of that war and the ungrateful wretches reneged on their obligations.

Same here, bought a lens that apparently couldn't focus. I called, e-mailed, no reply. Gave up, sent it in for service, and will never buy from them again. They're very good about selling stuff, but apparently don't like to have what they sold, come back.

I read this thread and many said they their purchase was great. They got what they expect or even more.
I read also that some had problem and having problem getting responses from MPB.
I may miss something but anyone had problem with their purchase from MPB and contact them and the problem was resolved sastisfactory and in a timely manner?

The US phone number is listed multiple times on the first page I opened in Google (MPB customer service phone number). Took maybe 30 seconds - how hard is that?

I guess that purchasing from MPB are mostly good but when problems do happen you can't get customer service to response.

Have you tried following your advice? I haven't, but I have followed all the instructions you delineated above. I suggest that, before you give advice on how to deal with MPB, you follow your steps as outlined.
It doesn't work, the phone calls or the emails. When I have the time I'll find them in old correspondences with them and publish them here.
Meantime, let us all know how it works out with you, and following the steps you suggested.
