I was pleased with the outcome of using DeNoise on my hummer image. Much easier to see results in download.

Interesting. It must be the difference in all of our monitors. I just viewed the image(s) on my ipad and I too don’t see that much difference. Thank you for your input.

Viewed on my BenQ monitor, it makes a lot of difference, Dennis, Denoise does a great job.

All I see is slightly more shadow detail on the underside of the wing and such. Could probably get the same result with "plain" Photoshop or Lightroom. Neighter image is noisy. Wing blur is due to not high enough shutter speed and is not necessarily bad in hummer images, it shows action or motion as a compositional element.

I see a very slight difference. Don't know how far you went. Try a little more on the setting. It should be better. DeNoise is very good at this.

Big difference, Dennis. Almost all my distance shots of birds benefit from Topaz DeNoise.

Certainly on my monitor I see a difference. Noise in the BG is definitely reduced. Contrast and sharpness in throat (gorget) area is better.

Nice shot, Dennis. I see a bit of a difference, particularly in the background and in the wing and tail part.
