I did expect a better condition camera. It has a scratch on the prism 1/8 W x 3/8 L with a little paint wore off the corners and some pain wore off the bottom. Hardly exc. condition, more like good. I would expect them to lower the condition and send a small refund. I don't want to return it because it was the only silver one. It has been a week and no email reply. Why do they have an email contact if they ignore it

I hope you get a good resolution to your issue. The vast majority of people here, myself included, have had, for the most part, good experiences with them. If it were me, I would ask for a difference in cost between what was advertised and what you bought. Sounds like they missed a conditional point, and an important one at that.

I've bought and sold with MPB and have had very good experiences with them. They did have a slow down in service because of the pandemic but they are a very good co.

I have bought and sold with them before and no problems except one. The camera was listed as like new but it came with an after market charger and again they did nothing about it after an email, so maybe they have a problem with whoever is in charge of that dept.

Does the charger charge the battery? I have several after-market batteries and chargers. They all work fine. In fact, the OEM charger sits on my desk. I travel with a two-slot Wasabi charger and two adapters — one 2-Amp output adapter for the car, and another 2-Amp output adapter for 100-240 Volts, 50/60Hz. I have three batteries, and rotate them. No issues.

Look at KEH for buying used equipment. I’ve found B&H gives the best prices for selling something

MPB does show 3 pics of each item being sold and they are supposedly pics of the actual item. They also give a descriptive phrase of well used, good, excellent and like new and usually point out certain flaws in the description.
