I was bought a used truck that had more scratches in the bed than it should have. I still buy from the same dealer.

You saw the truck before you bought it? If so you accepted it before you bought it. In the case of buying from MPB the description may make him expect a better condition camera.

This is nonsense. They ship it with a guarantee that you can return it in ten days. You obviously just want to slander them for some reason. Keep it or return it, nobody here really cares!!

Thanks for your useless post. Please keep these to yourself. Thanks.

I am quite sure MPB does stand for Matt P. Barker the founder of MPB.com.

Yes, when you order from them, they give you a little pamphlet that includes some history.

Yup, in my experience, they completely suck. Never again.

Oops. I sold them two of my old lenses. Was thinking of using proceeds to buy used Sony 24-105 from mpb. But was also considering buying used Sony lens from B&H. Any comparisons here between MPB and B&H for buying used lenses

I Have dealt with them both buying and selling and have always found them to be very fair. Highly recommend them.

I have bought several items from MPB with excellent service. The only problem I had was a zoom lens whose lens-lock button was in the "Locked" position and would not unlock so I could not extend the barrel. Return to MPB and refund of purchase price went flawlessley and rapidly.

I haven't used MPB but I've heard nothing but good things about them. Give them a call. I'm sure they'll fix it, I have only used KEH and have bought all of my equipment from them.

I bought one or two things from them. When I asked a question (email), they answered it. It could be that they're overwhelmed, people out sick, technical problems.

i just received 2 panasonic lenses from MPB (about my 4-5th trade with them)' they were listed in excellent condition - and they are; almost not even a scratch. they arrived 10 days after ordering and were very wellpacked and listed as "fragile" - for whatever good that does. have been very satisfied with all purchases from MPB.

I had a very good experience with them about a year ago. I sold some things and bought some things and their customer service was first rate.

Hmm that's strange. I have had several transactions with them both buying and selling always great service and the gear has been better than advertised. The last one was a Nikon 70-200f/4 $550. Looks and works like brand new to me. I have called them a couple times.

No phone number listed on the site. An email should work and 5 days was enough time to answer.

I just purchased a used Nikon Df from MPB and it was exactly as described, near perfect condition, not a scratch on it and it works great.
