Glossy Ibis. This bird was almost brought to extinction last century due to their beautiful feathers for the European hat trade.
They have since made a great comeback.

They are great-looking birds when the sun catches them just right. Crawfish farmers hate them as they consume tons of the crawfish crop every year.
