Who can guess what this does? Very useful in its Need. It’s from early to mid 20th century,
I’ll spill the beans in next episode.

It is a plumbing wrench for getting into cramped spaces like under a sink where you cannot get a long wrench.

JACKPOT, we call it Stud extractor. My dad had it in his tools. Modern ones are very flimsy in comparison.

Stud Extractor?? I suppose it could be used for that. I have one in my tool box. I bought it from Home Depot's plumping department. I use it to loosen and tighten the nut that's holds sink facets secure

The one like this that is for plumbing has a hinged arm that goes around the plumbing nut to tighten it. If it can't grab it, it can't turn it.
