In Default setting every photo seems to be overexposed by one stop. Where can I adjust for this? Standard Olympus 14-150 lens

Look for exposure compensation. Dial it to -1.

By default setting, what do you mean? One of the program modes or iAuto? I have EM5 ll, so I assume it's similar. As Orphoto suggested, the exposure compensation dial will work in a program mode, but not iAuto. I've never used them, but if you're using one of the Live Guides in iAuto, it it may not be appropriate for the scene you're shooting and the meter cannot handle it. As far as I know there is no way to change the iAuto settings to compensate for exposure problems.
I'm not trying to be an ass, but my suggestion to solve your problem is simply don't shoot in auto mode. Learn how to use your camera.

Thanks. Know how to use but in some of my travels auto mode is just more convenient. Now I just adjust each photo that I plan to keep

As an Olympus owner I can tell you that the exposure meter of Olympus bodies is very accurate. I wonder what type of exposure metering you are using and if you are using good techniques.
Today, using mirrorless, exposure errors are a thing of the past since we can see in the rear monitor or viewfinder the actual exposure before shooting.

Even in iAuto mode I don't expect every shot is overexposed by 1 stop. I would expect the majority to be OK. Some underexposed, some overexposed and by varying degrees. If it consistently over by 1 stop something the OP did wrong or something wrong with the camera.

I agree. Check exposure compensation and check which type of metering you are using.

Everybody keeps telling him to use ex comp, but the only problem with that is ex comp does does not work in auto mode.

Also check your exposure pattern too. Spot setting gives you something totally different from few other patterns and custom patterns.
