Nope! I'm up before 0500 daily so it's almost impossible for me to stay awake until midnight.

Sort of a survey. Did you stay up till midnight? I've stayed up till midnight since I was a little kid.
Only because I was watching the Georgia Ohio State game, otherwise I would have fallen asleep earlier.
I'm usually awake for midnight (even if I have gone to bed, my wife rarely will have).
Staying up to celebrate the end of 2022 with a drink is no big step.
Let's hope 2023 is a big improvement on 2022. As covid & the war in ukraine etc continue, just something more akin to an average year would be very welcome!
I stayed up until midnight in Iceland.
Of course, I was in New Jersey.
We watched two episodes of the Honeymooners and then went to sleep. Could care less about the New years Eve hype on the other stations.

Well, with football games lasting until 11:30, it wasn't much of a stretch! I missed the ball drop at Times Square but tuned in shortly after it fell and saw some of the entertainment. No parties or bubbly though.
Yes, by sheer accident. I didn't watch the ball drop or anything; I was lying in bed clearing up some last minute details on my iPad and just happened to cross over to 12:01 AM before lights out.
Had to we went to a Knights of Columbus party. It was too loud and dinner wasn’t served till after 10pm After 12 they were serving ice cream. Last time we go there.

I'm up to midnight - 1 AM every night. So, yes we did.
Happy New Year!

Ha, I'm with you. I am up til 1am every night also. So yes, happy new year. I did watch for the ball to drop, and was totally disappointed. Because of so much smoke, or whatever that was in the way, you couldn't see the ball at all.
