I am listening to the tracks now on my Mac thanks to YouTube and your selection. What music! Great selection!

...and just finished listening to all the tracks. Must say that I was born in London in 1944; it was a very different world. But the jazz music was terrific, both my parents were orchestral musicians but they instilled in me, without me realising it at the time, a love for music.

I’m listening to this masterpiece, as I sit awaiting my wife to return from a meeting. What stands out is Sarah’s ability to improvise and offer her amazing voice, always on pitch and chock full of surprise passages and bars of creativity. Her imagination is limitless as she weaves her way through each track. Her voice is so unique and she demonstrates total control over almost 4 octaves of range. Her voice is a finely tuned instrument.

I have been blessed to experience her live and recorded.

Thanks Paul. Wow - 44’ in London!! Must have been a frightening time for your
parents.

My maternal grandmother was from London. I still have distant cousins from there.

Your musician parents gave you a gift.
Be well. Thanks for the note.

Thanks, Paul! I've been fortunate to live within 1 hour of NYC. While I don't anymore, in the past, I've been to many clubs and concerts to hear live jazz and classical. Now, my personal library is ever expanding via YouTube and other downloads. I have 40,000+ mp3 files, many being full albums. I never lack for music.

Have a safe & Happy New Year!

And the same to you, Mark, and while I am at it, a Very Happy New Year to everyone!
