The first workshop I ever took was with a guy named Moose Peterson. We spent an entire afternoon on backgrounds, while shooting his stuffed moose. He got the point across.

I give them chunky peanut butter stuffed into holes in a log. When the weather is warm they sit and work the feeding spots. When it get cold and the peanut butter hardens they barely land, grab the entire piece of peanut butter and are gone in a split second.
I'll get another shot one of these days.
