I know we've not posted here in a while, but I thought I'd post a single photo and say Merry Christmas and Season's Greetings to the people that peruse this section of the forum.
We have a tradition of getting some candid nudes in front of our tree every year. Sometimes they get taken after the new year before we've undecorated, but we're pretty good about not missing. This year it's been hard to get any private time at our home because we've had constant guests and most of our children have come back for the holidays. So, when we got the opportunity, we went to a friend's home and shot with their tree. They also take boudoir images and we made a fun evening of sharing a meal and then taking a few quick holiday images.
I didn't drag any equipment over, just my camera and a mounted flash, but these images are more about keeping our tradition than trying to impress anyone. This photo, I think, was one of the nicer images that we captured.
As some of you know, I came very close to losing my muse to cancer. This marks the 2nd Christmas that has been a gift beyond the time she was told she would have on this earth. She just turned 49 and we try to remember that every day is truly a gift that should be savored and enjoyed.

So happy to see your post today. As a survivor, I can relate; and yes, every day is truly a gift. It is just wonderful to see she is happy, healthy, truly beautiful! Wishing you both many more years of happiness together. Please post often!

Glad to hear she's doing well. I too am a survivor and every day is a blessing.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ahead. So happy to see her winning the good fight. Thanks for sharing and we are glad and appreciative that she (and you) are willing to share special moments with us. Blessings to all.
So happy for her and you also. Lovely shot and a beautiful smile. Merry Christmas to both of you.
I lost my inspiration almost 6 years ago only 18 days after diagnosis. Treat each day as if it maybe your last. It could very well be. Red haired ladys are inherently sexy. and fun !!!
This post makes me happy. This year my wife 37 years married) survived breast cancer. She had a brutal surgery and reconstruction and she is still recovering from that. There is another surgery for a revision in March. She is so diligent about her health that she caught this tumor early enough that there is no need for chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Routine mammogram. I don’t know the particulars of your girls journey, but anyone that beats the sneaky evil of cancer makes me very happy. Best to y’all and merry Christmas.
Oh and as to your photograph, it sounds like an excellent tradition. Keep it up. ( you’re giving the Santa dog hanging on the tree good reason for his bewildering expression!)

Although it sort of looks like she has a Christmas tree growing out of her rear end, her beautiful smile draws my attention away! Merry Christmas and glad that she is in good health and spirit.

She still has a wonderful smile. I pray you will have many more Christmases together.
Hopefully, there will be Christmas photos every year for many happy years together long, long into the future.
