I've narrowed my choice down even more to Creative #2. Fabulous shot.

Hands down: Portrait 2. None of the others jump out at me.

Portrait 3 and Creative 3 are my favorites. I no longer believe that there is such a thing as an excellent photograph among hundreds of others. How the judges figured that out when no two opinions, as you will see here, are the same. Usually the competitions are judged by several persons and I do not consider that easy that they all had the same opinion.

I quit competitions a long time ago. While in photography school my teachers selected five of my best images, which they call outstanding. I sent them to a competition and NONE of them won not even an honorary award. That was it for me.
Just my opinion.

Now that I am done gushing over your photos I’d say the choice is yours and yours alone and let the chips fall where they may.

I suggest you discount all advice here and try to think like a judge.

Who are the judges? Are they seasoned professional judges who are looking for quality and some creativity, or are they some locals who like cutesy? In most cases, cute doesn’t cut it with quality judges. Photos which win popularity contests seldom win the real prizes.

Consider your judges and select accordingly.

Trained judges use several criteria to make a decision. The following are some of those criteria:
10 criteria for judging a picture
Its impact.
The lighting.
The story it tells.
Its technical quality.
Creativity.
Composition.
Points of interests.
Use of color.

I would add one more - the "wow" factor. Applying these to your own photos would be the best way to make your selection.

I'm going to make it easy. I chose #2 all the way. Portrait #2, Creative #2, Fauna #2, and Buildings #2.

Being a former international exhibition entrant & judging panel member in this field, here are my picks -
Portraits: #1 with some cropping off left side & top.
Creative - #3, although Historical #1 would make excellent entry - if local or area judge has ever worked in this
field to properly evaluate such subject matter.
Fauna: #1
Historical: #1

Would have liked to have seen your two selections.

I get that, I do not think the judges have been announced yet. There is usually a pure photojournalist type, one artsy and one formal. We also do club choice, picked by members
