With frozen fingers I took some early morning shots with warm light on my last morning.
I think the last is my favorite of this group.

Wow! This is really a fantastic set!
You're right, the last one is probably the best of the serie
- it's incredibly sharp (as are all the other)
- the tip of the feathers (right wing) is about to strike the water (1 mm?) but does'nt touch the surface!
- the gorgeous light allows a reflection of the right wings tip...
Madame Photolady2014...I wonder what do You do to snap such perfect images? Do You use "continuous " shooting at high rate (10 images/seconde)? What focal lenght, what lens?I'm afraid I sell my poor gear and let have a gift for the same gear as Yours
A beautiful set of photos and the last one is my favorite as well!

You are so kind! Yes I shoot in a burst mode. Most were taken with a 600mm f4 lens and cropped!

Good taste!!! Save the best for last!
They are all excellent, but I go for the second one.
Great set as usual from you!

Yep, like the last best. Good gloves are a must at Bosque.
You are an inspiration! Beautiful work.
Excellent. I also like the last one best.
Excellent set! All are great, but I agree that the last one with the tips of wings just touching the pond is special. That 600mm lens helps get separation where there are typically a group of birds taking off, landing or just flying together. I threw out a lot of images taken with my 100-500mm because of the birds being bunched up.
Looks like you had a very successful trip to Bosque as well as I did.
