Luminar is offering individual extensions for $49, with discounts as you buy more. I was thinking about Supersharp and Background Removal. Those two would cost $93.10. If I add Noiseless, the total would be $132.20. I'd save $15. Decisions, decisions. I suspect I'd get more use out of the first two. Any opinions on these three?

It's funny how the Internet always provides a way for me to spend money. That's quite a service it offers.

How much would you use any of them? I just passed on the upgrade for my PSP, don't think I need it right now.

That's what I'm wondering. The pictures I take now are so amazingly excellent that they hardly need any processing at all.

No, but I have a suggestion for the sort of perspective you should have. I get the impression that you already have quite a lot of software at your disposal. In amongst all that I suspect that you already have a good sharpener and a good denoise. Background removal comes in various forms and if the Luminar version had an advantage like simplicity, user-friendliness or effectiveness then you'd have a reason for wanting it. If not, ditto as above.

Thank you! Now, what will I do with the $132 I just saved?

I asked here because I had my doubts. It's not like I'm selling prints of my shots. They're just for me, and I'm generally satisfied.

Yes, but my son will get that for me for Christmas. I was thinking along the lines of pizzas - about seven of them.

Jerry!

I'd wait a little while and see if there are any holiday promotions or discount coupons. I bought some editing software including the new version of PS Elements 23 and others. I googled "Discount Coupons" for "XX" and got one for an additional $15 off an upgrade price.

Try your luck!

Be well!

Ed
