Hi to All,
My neighbor recently suffered a huge loss due to theft. We have a video of the perps vehicle but the quality will not allow a good image of the license plate. Anyone out there know how to enhance the video or know of a company that can. I have tried using Photoshop CC 2023 with no luck. Thanks in advance!
Happy holidays!

Additionally, they might search for any company locally that can enhance the video. However, make sure the line of custody is strictly followed. Perhaps the local police department can provide some assistance in locating an agency that does that

Police have been zero help. That's why I was asked to help but my skills are limited to still photo enhancing not video. Thanks for the link. I'll forward it on.

We've had dogs stolen from the area lately.

Enhancing works great on TV shows, but if the image isn't there, you're not going to read a license plate. Better ($$$) camera gear is required.

I have a video enchancer which I would use to copy from one vcr tape to another and it's about the size of a transiter radio with a 9 v battery and has video in and video out.the best video I could obtain was with the enchancerr and taped on dvd.good luck.

It's quite likely that the bad guys used a stolen car because they are smart enough to know that the car that they used in their criminal enterprise can be traced back to them.

Unless the cameras are high resolution (1080p is not really high resolution), you're probably not going to get a clear image of the license plate via video enhancement.

My favorite TV show for technology that doesn't exist was Las Vegas.
