While Trump may not be criminally liable in these cases, his complicity should factor into any jury decisions in other cases. The bully who repeatedly gets other kids to put the burning bag of dog shit on the front porch is the one who should be punished.

If the Supreme Court long ago ruled organizations have rights as individuals why is the trump organization not going to jail just like individuals would in a criminal case ?

This FIRST case against the trump businesses will not be the only case against the trump businesses, and the subsequent cases will not remain as only civil charges.
trump himself will not remain immune from prosecution.
Criminal charges are likely coming in the not too distant future.
With the discovery of additional classified documents in a storage unit in West Palm Beach, it won't be long before charges are filed against trump, and possibly / likely against the lawyers who conspired to lie to the National Archives, and the DOJ / FBI that there weren't any additional records which hadn't been returned.

Woo-hoo... a lifetime of crime might actually be coming to an end!!!
And IF (although I prefer to think WHEN) he goes to jail I expect there will be at least some Trumpettes scratching their heads and saying to themselves, "I can't believe I fell for the guy!" Of course, the others will repeat Trump's rants and cry foul, underserved persecution, harassment, "I did nothing wrong," etc, etc.
