Just bought the four-part Topaz Special photo package. This is my first use of the programs. The original photo was shot in RAW at 300mm using a Canon RP with RF 100-400mm lens. The conversion to JPG was done with Canon's Digital Photo Prof. after cropping the original. The Topaz was used twice: full Topaz AI and then Gigapixel. Attached are the four photos with explanations. Comments are certainly welcomed. Thanks for looking.
Full frame done in Canon Digital to 10x8in 11.00MB

Cropped done in canon Digital 2.85MB

First use of Topaz AI 1.08MB

Used Gigapixel software raised it to 10.9MP

Results look pretty good. I have had Tops Simplify for some time and the DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI and Gigapixel AI since they came out. Your post reminded me I hadn't checked on updates in a while. I went to Topaz's home page and signed in to my account. Because I owned the others they gave me a free download of Photo AI, then updates for the others including Simplify, which they refer to as a legacy product now. As soon as I finish a couple of things for the family, I will install them. And try the updated versions on some picture of the water birds I took at the park yesterday. So far all I did was delete the duds.
The last one really shows the capability of the software. Great job of editing.
PS can enlarge but not nearly as cleanly.
Good work...not overdone...just right.
Nice. I hope that you used Topaz before the conversion.

Great job, but why Eddie the jpeg, and not the raw?

Thanks for your reply. Knowing that I have a lot to learn about Topaz (even at 84!), what does the term "Eddie" mean? Also, I did the jpeg and not the raw because it seemed logical. Any comments you wish to send me, are most welcome.
