First morning in Monroe County we headed out to Cook's Old Mill, a beautifully preserved and privately owned property which the owners graciously share with the public. The grounds are immaculately kept and a real joy for any photographer to explore.
On the road to get there, we passed over the Laurel Creek Bridge, the shortest covered bridge in WV, at 34' 6".

Great set of images!!!

Beautiful property. Nice photos. Do you know what that contraption next to the shed is? Looks like a giant chiop meat maker for giant sausage or giant hamburgers.

These buildings appear to be in wonderful condition. And your pictures of them are really well done. I'm following your tours through WV because I may want to spend time there next summer.

So happy that you could experience what I felt while there, Alafoto! Raindrops were making ripples through the pond when we first arrived, but they stopped long enough for the water to smooth out and provide some nice reflections. Something about mirror reflections that I find so soothing.

I second that thought. And as a WV'n I'll say you 'done good by us'! Great set
