A Review - Funny!

I'm thinking about buying my son a new camcorder for Christmas. I searched for a review of a Sony, and I found one from a photographer in Alaska. I began reading his review.
I recently ordered a brand new Sony FDR AX53 camcorder. So recently in fact that at the time I am writing this the camcorder hasn't even arrived as yet. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow. I can't wait.
I'm not going to read this "review." Glancing down the page, he does say the camera has arrived, but he's already lost me.

Go ahead and read it! He probably says that inasmuch as it just got there, he hasn't had time to test it satisfactorily yet!

It amazes me that some folk take the time to write a review, but haven't actually used the product!

One also should be aware of possible misrepresentations in both one-star and five-star reviews! I always do read the lower star reviews, though, as representative of potential problems, but recognizing that they frequently require the proverbial "grain of salt".
