Guess who likes Chili
Murphy was asleep on his couch when I started making this pot of Chili

My Recipe : 1#: Ground Chuck
1#: Pork Sausage
1 Lrg: Yellow onion cut in half & sliced
2: Bell peppers ,1 green, 1 orange chopped
1 303 can Tomato sauce
Salt, garlic powder, chili powder, cinnamon, red pepper flakes and sweetener.
Brown meat in skillet with bacon grease season with everything above except sweetener
Wilt onions and bell peppers in bacon grease season like the meat, add meat , tomato sauce and beans with canning juice to pot and bring to boil lower heat to Lo and let simmer.then add sweetener to taste or not.
I don't have to watch the pot , Murphy come and bugs me every five mine or so, I ask him what he want, and he goes to the kitchen and looks at the pot.
The pot is cooling down now Murphy is still watching the pot But he don't like the camera so when I get near he watched me and the camera
