I don't think so, the tracks are too narrow, there is a winch on the rear, so I believe it was for logging.
It is a Fordson tractor with a Trackson conversion on it.

Thanks Pat. I'd like to take the credit but... This was a dance competition featuring my wife's students. The lighting technicians take care of the light and I cash in. So a little bit of both.

It was at the Rogers flea market which is visited by all sorts of people, not only the Amish - it is nicknamed the "dirt ball mall" for obvious reasons!
