I'm sure you realize this, but take them to a camera/photography speciality store. Tell them what you want to do. See if they will print up a few samples for you first (I know this is not cheap) Then take them home, add the glitter and see how it looks.
If the above is out of your range (price wise) then just get them extra's printed and play with a few of them. I really like your picture. Make sure the back has your info and that you took the picture.
That's what I did with my holiday cards last year. Like I said ,I 'm sure you already knew all this, just a motherly side of me coming out.
