Just a reminder to all my fellow Ugly HedgeHogs:

Donโ€™t forget to set your clocks back one hour.
Donโ€™t forget to set the clock on your camera back one hour too.

Thanks for the reminder about the camera ๐Ÿ“ท

The last time I tried to milk a cow during daylight savings time, I got kicked in the head by the bull.

PS: Wrist watches, radio clocks, car clocks and wall clocks enjoy the gentle fondling by us humans for daylight savings time. Unfortunately, my grandfather clock gets upset when I try to turn back time. Instead, I stop the pendulum swinging for an hour! Itโ€™s happier that way.

Forgive me but my only thought is, Why were you trying to milk a bull in the first place. Just like humans, boy and girl cows are, well, different.

Amen. They survive nicely in Arizona without changing time. First order of business after November 8th passes. LOL

It's Daylight Saving Time, not Savings. An error most people make.

When I check that the DST has automatically changed on my cameras, I always check the time against the National Time Clock. I find the time on the cameras will slip 1-2 minutes over time (batteries OK)

There are many jurisdictions where they are eliminating DST. It was originally developed by Sir Sanford Flemming, if memory serves, to allow factories to operate under daylight to save on lighting costs. With climate change, we may have to impliment it for energy savings. Dunno... the jury's still out.
