This seemed to be a good idea at the time. Then Motorola upgraded their phones and the Hasselblad attachment became an artifact.

We actually had somewhat strange combinations of equipment in the early days of Digital Photography.
The Kodak 420 series,
With a Kodak Digital back appended to a Nikon Film SLR.
In later days, Kodak actually had a camera adapter that plugged into a cellphone. Motorola had a Cellphone with a camera back that would clamshell onto one of their high end cellphones.
I do see a future for an interchangeable lens smartphone.
It would make more sense with a reasonable cost lens system.
