No, he is just licking his lips after cleaning up some of the spilled bird seed under my feeders.
ah, so he wasn't a "stranger" to the neighborhood. Good (and again, neat pictures). Just a concern when it comes to outdoor animals. I am a reporter/photographer and have done too many stories about rabid animals (most recently seem to have been foxes) in neighborhoods with kids and not far from a school.
...and a tip to all, (and most of you do this anyway), always be aware of your surroundings and what's around...not only for safety, but for photo possibilities.
