Just got back from a week on a photo tour of White Pocket. (A pocket is a place where water collects.) It's located in the Vermilion Cliffs and is a wonderful exhibition of multi-coloured standstone. Along the way we visited several places around Page and Lake Powell, Marble Canyon, Navajo Bridge and Lee's Ferry. I'll break these up in small pieces, starting with the beehives. (We actually saw more beehives in another location). This was a sunset shot, so the light changed rapidly.
