Thanks Steve! They are a big part of the bird action here on the west coast with spectacular mass takeoffs and landings happening regularly. And a lot of noise. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary, where I spend quite a bit of time, has a snow goose as it's logo. Here's a link if you are interested:
